anyone have any final numbers on cruising speed and mpg with these ?

ive got a guy whos champ at with the tig, i want to keep weight down. im still learning.

they look like to have a fair amount of superfluous heavy bits....

shucks, i guess ill have to go 10hp, its just that the 1b30s are so cheap. i wasnt planning on putting INSIDE the frame, but just modifying it so it will bolt hold it, im not concerned with aesthetics at all.

where and when?

if i was going to run a large displacement inline 3-4 car motor i would want to run it transversley, and the idea of just running a busa tranny behind it strikes me as something that would work just fine with a bit of tinkering..... stock busa trannies would take the power a 1.9 puts out fine, clutc...

im looking to do the same thing, looking for the highest mpg and hitting about 60 mph, im going to go the dirtbike route with the lightest parts i can find, all alum frame, etc etc. ram air doesnt work unless you have an airbox/plenum to settle the air down so its stable for consumption by the motor...
