Diesel for Kawasaki EL 250

This is whar I did. I drillt 2 7mm holes first, whitch gave me only 4 g more. so I drilld 2 more holes and filled them. So I came from 126 g to 134 g. And I think it is quite good now.

That looks really good. You can allways back it down some if need be by drilling out a tad bit of lead. Does the spring attach to the center hole? Looking at your other pics seems it attaches to a pin that runs thru center hole. Roller then rotates around the pin. If that is the case wonder if a little graphite in the center hole will allow roller to climb the ramp a tad bit sooner too? May only be 100rpm sooner but might be all you need if the new heavier roller leave you still needing just a bit sooner engagement.

my belt broke. After disassambling everything I also found weare on the rollers. And I found this:

The first one is made in USA, the second one in China. And I think lexanderfoti » hase one made in USA and I have the one made in China.
I have no way to get the better one here. I will try to make rollers from brass or bonce (if I can get) and hope I can get a new belt.

And i got 10 Belts from China today. I made a test drive, reacht 90 km/h still exellerating, but had to brake because os trafic.
It is dark now, LED light works fine. More tomorrow

Yes indeed, I have a powerbloc IBC50 (from the Aixam). That would be the cheapest way to get CVT bits.

The Chinese belt broke again after ca. 500 Km.

Building the bike. Top of my list, bottom of the wife's.

When I was building the bike wife told me that she will never ride with me on this loud and smoking machine. But she is very economical, and when she saw what mpg it does she tell me now: Lets take the diesel bike, we dont need the car for the 2 of us.
