Micro car variator
Complete variator CVT system including crank mounting taper which from experience is easily modified to fit the kubota engines both 2,and 3 cylinder range
The centre guide bushes and idler bearing, and pulley sheaths in good condition , weight guide block shows signs of wear but its still within service limits. When needed Replacements will Cost £7 each from Greys of Thrapstone
Belts is in as new condition.
Rear variator is in good condition but does have light surface rust on the shaft. This needs to be removed before use.
mounting size required is 19mm + a keyway (actual key is still in the unit)
ALSO Included is a home made jack shaft to fit the rear variator and mount on 25mm plummer or flanged type bearings Its has a key way cut in to it .
Comes with spare diesel rear and front variator Spring and additional front weighs if you are using it on a Diesel engine to suit its slower running .
Also included are two covers .
