I know some guys on the scene have used these kind of batteries but here a homemade one which I thought might be educational :-)

Aha! I've seen this before. Planning to do this with my current bike as soon as the normal battery dies. (Which lasts damned near forever because my bike will happily crank over at 10v). And of course on the dieselbike as it will have a kickstart I hope. :D

Hah! Doubt the engines I'd like to have, have a pullstart on them and dnepr/ural trannys have kickstarts. :P
