Re: Where to Purchase Engines Online

Here's my favorite in the link below (the one on the left). Now back in production, the Seidel 7-35 compression ignition radial rated at 2 hp. Yea I know, not very realistic. But could there be anything cooler sounding than a 7 cylinder radial diesel chainsaw. http://dieselrc.com/images/ihe2010006....

Re: Chain Lubrication - making your own

Would the chain wax be used with the dry lube, or would it be an either or sort of deal?

Re: Cool Engine Option

Here's Kohler's site: http://www.kohlerengines.com/home.htm Their site is pretty informative; maybe worth checking out? I'm new to this though, so excuse me if you all have checked Kohler out. Re: Chain Lubrication - making your own

My shop here is rediculous for never suggesting dry-lube to me! I've never heard of the stuff. I've been dealing with this grungy dark grey crap I have to clean off my wheel every time I go for a ride. Thanks guys; looking into this! :D

Re: Where to Purchase Engines Online

Thanks guys. Still looking for some suggestions of online stores or what have you. The Smart engine is something I was considering, but good luck finding that in Canada ;)

Have any of you heard of any 1 - 2 hp diesel small engines? I'm now also thinking of undertaking a diesel chainsaw project :D

Where to Purchase Engines Online

Hello everyone!

Where do you suggest for purchasing diesel engines online suitable for bikes? I'm looking for speed but also durability and preferably in the 600 - 1000cc market.

Hello from the Cold North-West (Canada)

Hey guys/gals,
Just joined. I don't have a diesel bike yet but I'm planning on building one soon. I currently ride a gasoline/petrol heavily modified Honda VF750F.
