Unable to post on the Facebook page, so I'm posting it here. I suspect it's a personal vendetta by Mr. Zuckerberg. This one's a bit salty for my tastes. But, here's the skinny. https://www.ebay.com/itm/285122250169?hash=item42629c45b9:g:PwwAAOSwXwljJoft&amdata=enc%3AAQAHAAAAoMCLzNFcnVOM260vA%2Fe...

Nothing that can't be remedied with judicious use of the blue-tipped chisel (isn't that the Brit's term for a cutting torch? Here in the colonies I believe we call it the fire ax). Keep us posted.

Yup! You're going to be a busy man with that Fiat. So, does that get pushed (maybe literally) ahead of the Jatalian? And does you wife know you're publicly blaming her for the Fiat? Or is she really the one promoting that project?

Re: Honda E4000 diesel generator
If memory serves, they were just shy of 600cc. Something like 579. But, only good for about 10 horse as I recall. And I might guess parts would now be a challenge as they've not been built for many years. However they do make a sweet looking bike engine. And undoubtedly a sweet sounding one as well....

Re: Lazy 15 HP yanclone?
Thanks for confirming my fears Dave. I'll stick with the 482 for the Enfield and look for something more robust for the 902. But, do keep us abreast of any developments on your Z482 Enfield.
Apologies again Arnaud for this sidebar.

Re: Lazy 15 HP yanclone?
Apologies first to Arnaud for this departure from his question. Great to have that update Dave. Can't wait to hear what you ultimately achieve with a bit of tweaking. I paid $150 this week for that 482. And $200 is not uncommon here. Seems we have the Kubotas and you've got the Enfields on that side...

Re: Lazy 15 HP yanclone?
I recall seeing a video of that Guzzi long ago. Sweet indeed. And I wonder if he could pull more that 55 mph if he had a taller final drive. Mouse's video demonstrates the little 482 is capable of 70 mph at full cry while maintaining 67 on the flat.

Re: Lazy 15 HP yanclone?
A complete overhaul kit is about $400. But then, they can be had in running form here in the states for $150-200. As APU engines it's not uncommon to see them running fine yet at 15,000 hours. And yes, they require a different mounting than the Yanmars/clones. You've perhaps seen Diesel Dave's conve...

You can vent the tank or the cap. But, it's gotta happen somewhere. And while we're on the subject, what's you plan for the return line to the tank from the pump? Always interesting to see how that's approached.

If you've got a Harley box available on the cheap, go for it. Greatly expands your options for dry clutch, belt primary drive, etc. And then you're soon gonna be wanting to upgrade to more horsepower. And if you've got at solid primary drive/gearbox/final drive it's no problem.

Have you chatted with Henry over at Priceparts? As he's now offering the 498cc option, he may have some thoughts about that engine.

Sadly known as "no service after the sale". I'm not familiar with the sleeved version as mine are all as depicted in the video. Which may be an older variation of what you've got. I'm afraid I'm not much help.

- True, there are different injectors amongst the variations of the clones. However, I might think you stand a reasonable chance of having similar models between recent clones. And the Chinese do list them as the same injector. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32848558248.html (scroll down a bit for ...
