I use a gelert airbed. Folds to 3 inch by 6 inch bundle. And alot more comfortable than that looks anyday! Tried the self inflating mats and way too big, had this one for years and best nights sleep ever :D Oh and they do an XL version for more well endowed :D http://gelert.com/products/sleeping/bed...

The loss of power is the thing worrying me as most diesels don't have a shedload to loose
Early days yet anyway, still looking for a suitable diesel engine. hinking of around 6 to 10 hp ? is that enough?

CVT plus g/box?
Please bare with me as I'm a novice at this :D Is it possible to to use a CVT system off a scooter with the rear pulley mounted on an Albion g/box so I get a bigger spread of gearing? I was also wondering if a torque converter from an auto car transmission would work as a cvt? I'm not looking a spee...
