1100 miles

Post by johnfireball »

Hi all,
first 1100 trouble free miles completed on my daihatsu dnepr turbo. Cruises nicely at 60mph and roars on up to 80+ mind I do hang on with gritted teeth at the higher speeds.Returns 70 mpg and am now using it as daily transport. Its GREAT.Image

While gazing at your pics I must confess to engaging in certain sins. It's somewhere between envy and covetousness. Either way, if my memory of Biblical teaching is accurate I can be sent to hell for it.
Great work, and I hope you can enjoy it for many more miles.

Thanks for the report John, great stuff ;)! That bike is awesome buddy. 80mph would be a little tricky with the side-car attached, you could say a bit of an adrenalin rush :) ?

Yeah I know what you mean pietenpol :) I looked at the picks with a sigh too, if only I thought.

Then again opportunity might knock further on, one must always live in hope :P
