I've just posted up a page with some tips on removing broken Bolts, Screws and Nuts. Thought it might be handy if anyone had busted fixings they had to remove during their bike build I'm not an expert but sometimes do it on a day to day basis and have picked up a few tricks along the way.

'92 Enfield + Hatz 1B40: street legal, weld up stainless exhaust, check engine rpm and change final drive sprocket.

Great stuff Stuart, gee! How many bolts do you break on old bikes that have been out in the weather, or even some who use the wrong loctite .

Nice write up Stuart! Another bit of kit in my screw assault weponry is a good set of left hand drill bits. Very often the heat from drilling coupled with the torque applied in the direction of removal backs the offending screw shank right out. Sometimes it does not...
