Anybody,
I've tried to return privte messages to people but
I can't seem to send them.
They appear in my outbox but I can't find the button
to actually send them.
And then don't appear in my "sent" messages.
Can somebody please help me?

As mentioned in other thread. I believe they stay in your out box till the reciver opens it. After that they become "sent". Soo you've done all you can. It's now up to the recipient to look into their PM's and open it.
If folk do NOT have the feature in their user settings to get email noticess if someone sends them a PM... then they may not even know they have messages in their "Inbox". Espcially if they have pop ups blocked. thats the other way they would be notified about a new PM
