The advert quotes an ability to produce 20 a week.
Wish I had more details though.

Certainly a Punsun in there (correction - Winsun). Is this a new producer of Diesel bikes? They seem to be road legal in the states if they are selling them there :D

You've seen this bike before.

Go down in this General Chat forum to a post titled bike done and off by rovertop,

or simply click the link below to view the post:

The links to the pictures didn't work at first and I figured out and posted the correct links.

I remembered the um, bright lime green color.

Chinese marketing at it's best.

They drop a fishing hook into the water to see how many bites they get.

If there's enough interest, the'll build something.

That's a really tidy bike :)

I'm going to hunt around and see if I can find anymore pics. Would be nice to have a shaft drive and good overdrive box with the package.

Cheers

hey mates-
its my build. the chinese fellows i got the engine from are wanting to sell more engines so they posted it and are forwarding inquiries to me. i dont know how anyone could think i can produce 20 sets per week, though. ugh. i have more pics of the build (andrewaust) if anyone wants some during... i have a shaft drive petrol bike here i might have a go at dieselizing. oldbmw- what would you like to know? punsun, cvt, UGLY custom colour, twin tank- diesel, vegetal...
and yes, you all should have remembered by the colour!

This might be a long shot, but since the Chinese manufacturer has initiated a contact, I think it's worth suggesting to them that they would likely sell a lot of engines if they would update them with a drop in variable timing injection pump. For the price of the engines, another hundred bucks (50 UKP) wouldn't be a big deal and should more than cover the manufacturer's cost and distribution network markups.

My $.02

i'll be speaking with him tomorrow. i'll see if he's open to the suggestion, as he may be. he said he has initiated compliance hearings for the US EPA per my (and SEVERAL other) requests. it may happen, but dont hold your breath, mate.

With a safety paint job like that "something that stands out like the proverbial sore thumb" if someone still pulls out in front of you, you should have every right to stick the boot in :) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
