My brother is looking to buy an Enfield Himalayan and wondered if I knew anybody who has one yet. If yes what are they like?
Ok, non diesel but two wheels.... any thoughts?

Re: Enfield Himalayan?
Not got one myself but had a long chat with an owner at a local bike event.
I never expect anyone who has shelled out hard earned for an honest opinion; you have to wait ‘till they have sold a bike on then you may get a better balanced viewpoint.
Frame designed by Harris Engineering (remember them...), after testing in the real world Himalayas then somewhat extensive modification and redesign was required. A sound move in my book.
Seat height was too tall for me, but that’s true of all new bikes as I’m a short-arse.
Still a long stroke single despite the modern EFI stuff from Bosch India.
