Seems this is built by same guy (Head Turner customs) that was formerly out of Dallas. Another similar chopper is listed here in Classfieds from few years back. This is NOT same bike. On a recent youtube video he gave further explanation of how the turbo works. Similar info in his old 2013? video but this time with a smidge more detail.
