Diesel Tiger - UK

Post by Diesel Dave »

Sadly my back problem is not going to get any better so it's time to admit that I won't be riding the Tiger in future.

I'll put a fresh MOT on it in the next few weeks.

It's a 1996 chassis with an LDW1003 motor, belt primary with dry clutch and an Ultima 6 speed overdrive gearbox.

It will go on eBay at some point in the next month.

Sad to hear about your back and you doing Tigger away.

How much are you asking for it?

You better not be thinking about doing Sluggy away aswell!

I remember the day I got a lift on that bike from the airport to my first diesel bike rally.

I had forgotten that!

Now you have reminded me I also remember having a bit of a 'moment' when I realised how far away the airport was and what time I was supposed to be there

Apologies UAofE - provisionally sold to 'touchwoodsden'.

I shall leave it up to him should he wish to disclose the value.

I would prefer to keep the price confidential but we didnt need to negotiate and I just agreed the asking price which I think was fair.
A nice easy transaction. i am hoping to collect next week when I am back off holiday.
Expect reports trials and tribulations as time goes on.
I am really excited. Fortunately I just sold my BMW K100 (petrol)outfit so had the cash to hand.
