Right CVT

Post by Bia »

Hello,
I have built in a MZ a Lombardini dieselengine with 500 cc and 12 hp and 32 Nm. A Comet 40 CVT is the drive. I have now driven 5000 km and want to improve the drive.
The Comet 40 sometimes blocks and does not switch down on the mountain. In addition, the belt becomes warm when I have to wait at the many red traffic lights in Germany. A CVTech has a kind of Spacer or Bearing on which the Belt runs at idle, that is good. But a CVTech is too expensive for me. I think of a Comet 94 Duster or Comet 780, but I do not know if that have a Spacer or Bearing.
The Driven Unit can have a maximum diameter of 7.87 ".

Can someone help me if and where to buy it?
