I emailed the owner with a few questions specific to the speeds he was achieving with the available ratios, and then regarding the tiny radiator up front. He very kindly took the time to respond. Below is his response.

Thanks for your kind compliment. Regarding your questions, the rear bevel drive, although it is a k75 box, has 1100 rs bevel gears. I believe the highest gearing possible. Also the governor on the diesel pump has been opened to allow a few more revs. The engine is revving hard, but it's been OK. Also, they are cheap and plentiful if it fails! The small radiator is more for fun than function. Most folks ask the same question as yourself. The main rad is under the seat.

Not a bad looking bike... And not a bad price to start at... If I had more funds I'd be tempted
