Proving cleaned injectors

Post by Stuart »

I stripped & cleaned 4 off Delphi injectors Friday & checked the results with a laser. Not only were some holes blocked by carbon deposits but also what I took to be bits of a thread lock substance used within.
Note: Moving the laser alters brightness of light thru holes making some appear more open than others on the finished picture. In reality all these holes were clear. The other shot shows holes that are just plain blocked.

These were posted up in order but didn't come out in order! The finished injectors..
