Now that I've swapped out the Yanclone for a Kubota, I'd be interested in selling all the Yanclone related parts. My preference would be to sell them as a complete set for someone wanting to build a bike, not just someone wanting to turn a buck on fleabay. If there's no interest, I'll consider parting things out to whoever needs them and as a last resort, I'll fleabay them.
Here's the list.
- 2 Complete 406cc Yanmar clones of Chinese origin
- a third 418cc engine in pieces missing crank and rod and perhaps a few other bits.
- the above engine in pieces has been professionally honed and is "trimmed for free air cooling"
- 2 new 418cc cranks which can be used in the 406cc engine
- 1 or 2 (can't remember) new pistons for the 418cc cranks (different pin height than the 406)
- new Yanmar (not clone) head with single bolt rocker boss
- extra starters, gaskets and flywheels for above engines
- stainless steel exhaust for the Yanclones (see pics below)
- variety of chrome intakes runners and steel flange to mount them (see pics below)
- new Comet 40 CVT drive and driven pulleys with several belts
- new jackshaft and pillow blocks bearings for the Comet 40 all bolted to a mount (no final drive sprocket)
- welded up front engine mount for Yanclone in 750 Honda frame that I had coupled to an Enfield gearbox (a little indecisive, eh?)
- new double row sprocket and bushing for 1" crankshaft to drive Enfield primary
- just to be sure you make use of all 3 engines, I'll throw in the propane injection system (12v solenoid valve, regulator, tank mounts etc.)
- I'm sure there are things I havn't thought of, but all the Yanclone related stuff goes
I should note that the 2 complete engines are 25mm taper shaft cranks - hence the 2 new straight shaft cranks. The taper shaft cranks do have sufficient straight shaft area to mount a pulley or sprocket, and I have several keyless bushes to mount on them. However, that would preclude mounting the Comet drive pulley. Obviously, I'd prefer local pickup which is north central Indiana. If interested, PM me and we can also talk price. Below is a pic of the basic layout with the CVT hidden behind the primary cover, and then some links to earlier posting of the intake and exhaust.
