Patches

Post by Stuart »

Thought I'd order some patches up and try to sell them through the website or at the next rally whatever. I've got four different 1" x 4" rectangular patches coming (if the order is confirmed Monday). Not sure of any final prices because I might get hit with import tax and all sorts. I'm getting 20 of each to start.

Some others are under consideration too :D

Some have actually be suggested by guys who've taken an interest at our rally's and Uttoxeter whilst others are variations on existing bumper stickers etc.
Particularly like the 'Miles with Smiles' one that came up in conversation after I mentioned how little it had cost me to get up the the Uttoxeter show :D

Colour is gonna be a mid to dark green as a tilt towards the Bio diesel side of things.

Simple, gets the point across

Can redo it and put Sparkplug at an angle if you like.

Nice one Coach :D But the few I'm getting done are expensive and I'm gonna have to wait some to see if I can recoup the outlay before getting more. I've specified I don't want the felt type 'cos they are cheap and not long lasting. And the letter ones are cheaper than the picture ones too.
I've yet to have the order confirmed...

After I confirmed the order they're trying to hit mr with a $95 shipping charge to the UK :? Coach are they taking me for a ride here? Could I ship to you cheaper and could you ship them on to me for under this if I paypal you the cost? Maybe it's so high because of insurance? Each set of 20 is already costing me around the $100 mark and I'm getting four sets :!:

Well first I would find a patch company on your side of the Pond. Can't see any reason whey there are not similar companies over there.. much less in Hong Kong or China for example which would be I assume standard air shipping to your side of the pond.

I bet you hundred Lbs the company in USA is having them made in HongKong, china or india anyway.

If you can't find a company with fair prices on your side of the pond I'll search deeper into shipping them to me and me to you.

BTW... ship to me.... have the USA company calculate ship cost to a business with a USA zip code of 76258

Ok, after sleeping on it I've gone with them. I'll just have spread the cost won't I? Not gonna let another hurdle get in my way.
Reckon you're right, they probably will come from Hong Kong or somewhere.

Ok, the Patches have arrived and they are now available should anyone want to buy any :D I'll see how they go before ordering more. Checkout the picture :!:

These are quality embroided 4"x1" Iron on Patches using the old Western Font 8) . No fading felt here :!:

I'm pricing them at £3.50 each plus P&P. You have to email me your requirments so I can work out postage which I'll keep low as possible. Hope you'll appreciate these weren't cheap to get made so I can't let them go for a song :!:

Email or PM me requirments and address details. I accept payment through this email: mr.jingle@peace65.freeserve.co.uk

I'm not always able to respond quickly these days so please be patient.
