Are these fixed speed engines? or variable?
if they are fixed, are they easy to convert to variable?
I dont know much about the Lombardini's to be honest...

Apparently you can even call them for a lower price
'92 Enfield + Hatz 1B40: street legal, weld up stainless exhaust, check engine rpm and change final drive sprocket.
