North Carolina Enfield Diesel and Sidecar

Post by pietenpol2002 »

Looks like quite a project, but then the undamaged sidecar would be worth a bit quite apart from the bike. I do wonder what the top speed would be with that little Greaves dragging a sidecar along.

What is it with motorcycles for sale with no titles? Conversation I've had with local TN DMV about no title bikes was not pretty. Enough to scare me away from them. Sidecar might be worth it tho. Too many "parts bikes" floating on the web.

there was a fellow on the east coast that for a while was getting unassembled ural's an dneper's. Story I hear is he was a bit shady and he sold many w/out titles. Can only guess they are now showing up for sale again.

Pretty straight forward in Indiana. As long as the VIN clears the standard check, you simply have an officer confirm on the form that the VIN is actually stamped on the frame (requires the office laying eyeballs on the frame). Take that form and a bill of sale to the DMV and you've got a title.
