Hello from Colorado

Post by focodiesel »

Hello all. This is the first forum I've been on with people from all around the world (many from europe). We (diesel-bike enthusiests) are few and far between, theres not many of us. I'm glad to be part of this community. This forum will be a great place to learn, watch other builds, and share mine.

I'm gathering parts now to build my first diesel bike. I have a honda magna two use for fron forks, wheel... I found a twin lombardini air cooled a month ago, about 20hp. I also bought a bmw k100 trans, clutch, driveshaft, rear drive, and rear wheel on ebay. I will start a build thread when I begin.

Hi and welcome, Focodiesel :-) Good to see you've gone for a 20 hp engine. About the best size when building a 1st gen bike in my opinion. Like Andrew here said, good to have something firing on each stroke with such engines as the ones we choose to use :-)
