19hp lombardini twin in Ohio $150 start

Anyone near enough to Ohio to bother might want to think about the lombardini twin on eBay. Cheap start, and no interest so far. I think it is comparable to a Ruggerini MD191 like in the Ruggerfield and the various MZ's...180 degree crank. The ad says the engine runs, and it comes with manuals. pardon me, the ad says that there is no starter and he doesn't know if it runs...not as good a deal, but there is potential.
