Hi Creep

There is a link to a service manual in pdf format on the forum - here is one of the links http://dawinfo.com/

I'm sure you'll find injection pressures there.

If your stuck for info and need to find information in a hurry, don't forget the search feature on the top RH corner of the page. ;)

I've had mine tested and the answer was that it is 'pissing'at 140 bar..
Most ned a pressure of 110-1160, do our engines really need 200?
Does anyone know how to get it right again? more shims?

i will take itt apart and clean it, and try again.. the yanmar manual states 200kg's.. but maybe for the clones its the same.. When it is still not functioning prperly after cleaning and/or adding shims, i will order a new one..
Is there a bosch nozzle which is the same?

the chinese manuals and advertising fr the engines claim to use a bosch injector, and bearings not made in china.

my injectors dont have much for identification, but the engine bearings are not from china, that i do know for sure.

Well, mine were CJB bearings, made in china..
A local diesel supplier could tell me that the injector was in any case nothing he had seen, also the L100 injectors look different and have an entire different nozzle..

An injector costs 45 euro, quite a lot for an engine which is 320 euro's in total..

I've cleaned the injector with oven cleaner, added a shim which is .25mm thicker and it is spraying according to spec's again.

good deal, i guess the spring must change a little over time, more run time needed, see if it happens again

Yes Arnaud, like I said in an email, if the engine has 21:1 compression you will need between 190-200, any lower and I'd see atomisation of the fuel being really ordinary !!
