Just to let everyone know the site (not the forum) will be down for a short while tonight (UK time) while we upgrade to a bigger and faster website.
It was getting a little cramped on the old one

Re: Dieselbike.net
Your frontpage lacks a paypal donate button to help with hosting costs. It would be nice if you could figure out how people can donate without paypal stealing 3.5% + 0,35 eurocents of every donation, think they don't charge if the transaction is between "friends and family".

Hey Stuart-
Is there anything goofy happening with the board? It took a while to post some replies, the server was contacted but didn't seem to respond. I had to give it a few tries before it worked. Also some of the topics only partially loaded and then just sat there giving me a dumb look. At first I thought that it was this end but after trying some other sites and coming back it seemed like possibly a server problem? Wondering if anyone else had this problem? (Maybe it WAS just me!)
Keep up the good work, I really enjoy this site... I just hope to make some progress and post the results!

Re: Dieselbike.net
Hmm keep an eye on the forum for me guys. I've noticed the odd slow page reload here and there too. If it becomes annoying I'll start poking about.

Re: Dieselbike.net
I've found many sites are becoming slow for me here in OZ, then I read that we are going under full net censorship !! The biggest dump of B.S is the fact they said it wouldn't slow the net = yeah right.
So! Maybe if things are becoming slow in your country, just check to see if the net is being censored.
Other rumor is internet one is going to be left to die a natural death inline for internet two.
