Old Enfield diesel engine on ebay only £3.67 so far, I think it was ment for a boat, but bung it in an Enfield frame and you have a 100% genuine Enfield diesel bike.

If that is the horizontally opposed twin you will need a lot of room for the flywheel

My vote is for the Enfield diesel single in the link below to be mated to an Enfield frame. Should make perhaps....... 25 MPH ..............downhill ...................with a tailwind.
