Re: Turbo Kubota d722 video
There a great little engine by the reports I've read, absolutely bullet proof if maintained properly.

I can't really hear the turbo rev, but I guess that will be sorted soon enough
'92 Enfield + Hatz 1B40: street legal, weld up stainless exhaust, check engine rpm and change final drive sprocket.

Re: Turbo Kubota d722 video
Yea , I think this engine was the best choice for me. I have a kubota tractor with this engine that has a little under a thousand hrs. and my friend who I am helping with a project bought one of two a guy had his had 3500 hrs and the other had 4500 both still run like new .
The turbo is probably a little big for this engine , so Im hoping with the comet CVT trans. it will keep the rpms up and keep the turbo spooled . turbos work off of heat energy so just reving without a load doesnt make much boost , even on a properly sized setup .

I'd hold off on swapping the turbo until you put some load on the engine and see how is spools up. You might be surprised that it works well once it's in the bike. What model turbo are you running ?
I think you'll be happy with the engine.
