Just had a call from Whiskers to say that his Diesel Harley scooped first prize in its catagory Well done to all involved with the build
Well done to all involved with the build Stuart. M1030M1, Honda NC700S, Grom!, Toyota Corolla 1.4 Turbo Diesel. Favouring MPG over MPH.

I've just heard that despite being our biggest event there less than 10 other bikes in this catagory. But a win is a win I guess. One other bike was a Yanmar but I have no details as yet. Whiskers says his bike broke down on the way due to water getting into the electrics of the starter. He wants to fit a crank handle

GREAT 1st out of 10 is hugely respectable. Was the cagagory "Diesel Bikes" or "Diesel Harley's" orrr??

He was gonna be a bit more descriptive but got called away mid conversation (to be given the prize?) so details are a bit sketchy. Can't be the cust group because there would be more than 10 bikes in that. I'll post more details when I get them. I'm wondering what the other diesel bike was
