Royal Enfield Diesel Military

Hello

Does anyone have any additional information on an alleged project by the
British Army to create a Royal Enfield based diesel motorcycle? I only have
found this link,

and the bike looks very weird. The engine looks like a regular petrol Royal
Enfield engine, and the body, wheels, etc, don't look at all like a Royal
Enfield.

Jorge,
if you read through Dieselbike.net and this forum you will find plenty on this machine. It started off as a prototype based around an Enfield to prove the concept before a new engine was designed for the existing KLR.
