Guys,
I have done some research about sprockets for the harley ultima gearbox. The above one seems to be the closest fit to my requirements. Does anyone know of a good supplier in the UK who won't charge a fortune for postage? The ones I have found so far are all pretty expensive! If only I were in the US I'd be tripping over these

Hi Neil, you could try ebay US, but I guess postage would be a bit high.
Theres a shop in the south west called Barnaby Wild, hes a nice bloke, gives advice and is easy to talk to. Worth a try maybe.
Or: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/HARLEY-DAVIDSON-B ... 240%3A1318
or: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/HARLEY-DAVIDSON-O ... 240%3A1318
There not Baker or 19 tooth but they may be able to point you in the right direction.
All the best.

Re: WANTED: Baker 19T 0.2" offset sprocket
Cheers Ian.
Actually emailed the first one before so I will try the second one. Might just have to pay the postage on this. I also need a clutch so maybe can find somewhere to combine shipping. I am not worried about it being a particular brand, but the 19 tooth works out important because I want to gear up the primary to reduce stress on the gearbox.

Seems a bit small, a 19 tooth gearbox sprocket for a big Harley, do you knbow that they actualy make them?
I think a 1200 sportster sprocket was 21 tooth.
Sorry if I have missed some thing about this box, I've not been able to keep up with reading the forums, as I'm snowed under with work.

Yes it is pretty small for the big box, but Baker makes a 19 tooth sprocket apparently. Pretty close to a standard tiger 18tooth one in that case.
