Yes folks spring is in the air and Lidl's will once again be stocking a few items of bike gear for the thrifty amongst us.

Now remember that descriptions are of similar quality to the merchandise soooo.
1) Boots (waterproof) - not with two great big zips up the front.
2) Jacket - Waterproof pockets means that water can get in but not out.
3) Tankbag - huge and expandable, has loads of straps but absolutely no instructions of how they are supposed to work.
4) Trousers - brilliant, not a single crotch leak (no sniggering at the back) but the bottom leg zips jam the lining in them and are the devils own job to free up.
5) Kidney belt - really good but you need space under the jacket for one
6) Helmets - I'd only consider one in preferance to using a hollowed out pumpkin; but have all the approval stickers
This infomercial has been brought to you by the 'Tightwad Riders Truss', no liability is either inferred or ever considered unless you ride a Harley in which case please refer to your 'Care in the Community' officer for guidance and ask to borrow the group braincell for the afternoon.
Cheers

Superb, the tankbag is great - still have mine about 3 years on. You are right about the instructions though!
