one wheeled trailer

Post by sbrumby »

Thought I might take a trip to Ireland this summer bike + trailer. The two companys Irish Ferries & Stenna more or less the same price surprise surprise. Basically motorbike +rider £100. motorbike & sidecar + rider £120. motorbike & trailer + rider £230. Something dont sound right when two motrbikes & two riders would only come to £200.

Yesterday I wrote to Stenna telling them what I thought about their priceing policy, not heard back from them. Anyway not to be put off I spoke to a nice young lady at Irish ferries, and explained the problem. She took my number and said she would phone the port. A bit later she rang back and said I could just book it on line as a motorbike and then to just ring up and thell them it had a trailer & it would be OK and only charged as a bike. So Irish ferries is the one to use.
