There are two sellers listing brand new Lister Petter AD1 7.5HP engines on ebay. Type"lister petter" in the search line and look. These engines are less powerful (in spec) than the 10hp Yanmar clones, but very well made. Spares are still available. They are light weight, with aluminium crankcases which incorporate a ready made bell housing with eight stud holes, tapped 3/8" UNC. There is also a second power take off point on the timing side of the engine.
They are very handsome when polished up; much nicer looking than some.
