Took my bike together with trailer to the show today. Mine was with over a hundred customised bikes & trikes. A few hundred thousand pounds worth of chrome and fancy bits. Quite a number of people showed an interest in my bike, but also some just passed it by not realising it was a diesel. Later in the day the juges came round and tied a rossette on my bike (best custom build on a budget). After that I got a different level of interest. Later we all had to drive up to the stage and get presented with a shield off the Lord Mayor. Some of the custom bikes that also won had real problems trying to start, one had to be pushed, mine had no such problems.

Good for you Sam. It's a credit to the quality of the bike that no one noticed.
