I picked this motor up at the scrap yard for $20. My guess the p.o. ran it out of fuel and gave up trying to bleed it. A few injector lines were cracked for bleeding. So, after bleeding the system the dam thing started. Then it ran away at wide open throttle. The throttle was unresponsive, and the kill switch didn't work. The only way I could shut it down was by suffocating with a shop rag. When I opened the cover plate by the governor, I found the metering arm doesn't really move at all. Are there any suggestions for freeing it up?

Re: Kubota zb-600c-1 fuel problems
This problem is solved..
The fuel rack was stuck. A little p.b. blaster and 30 min, and some EXTREAMLY GENTLE leverage, it slowly began moving. Now it slides by finger, and it runs, albeit with leaking injectors.
*miscatigorized could an admin move this to the fuel section?
