Re: BMW K100 dieselbike fore sale
Is there anyone in and around Sheffield, England uk that could make me a adapter plate to connect a briggs & Stratton or Diahatsu diesel engine to a K100 gearbox. If there is someone out there that can could they drop me a line with a price please. The misses has just bought me a BMW k100 RT 1985 frame and log book, and I do like the look of the K100's diesel conversion they really smart. I want to use my own home made Leading link forks for the project as they seem to be a better choice for the diesel bikes and they will be a cheaper option as I have the materials to build them lol. I new the scaffolding poles would come in handy someday. I will use USD yokes as the scaff poles are a perfect fit

The above forks were designed and produced by a guy in the 70's called Tony Foale and they fitted on Kawasaki and other bikes.
