STILL HAS ORIGINAL TRANSFERABLE REGISTRATION NUMBER AND ORIGINAL MODEL 30 ENGINE ) Here we have a 1955 AJS Model 30 that has been converted and fitted with a Japanese engined Kubota Diesel engine, The previous keeper, slightly eccentric engineer owner decided to convert it to diesel when the original engine got noisy, so he sourced a fairly new Kubota engine and made it fit! Crazy, but according to him 'it seemed like a good idea at the time',and there certainly won't be another like it. All work was carried out without affecting the frame, and the original engine (dismantled), fuel tank,oil tank etc are all supplied with this mad machine. It's had 3 former keepers making 4 in total from new, Fuel consumption is probably good being a diesel but your guess is as good as mine, The bike starts very easily and rides amazingly well, also this crazy bonkers bike is Mot excempt due to its age and is also tax free HOORAY, Part exchange welcome, Delivery i can arrange anywhere for a fee, All payments accepted, Please call either the shop or the mobile and ask for Frank 020 8997 2421 daytimes or mobile 07973 11 12 13 or you can email us at fjk222@hotmail.com
