The problem with petrol - E15 blend

THANK YOU!! Got to look out for this. My old 83 yamaha Im using now till the Tiger is ready wont like that much Ethanol. Actually I should start looking for non ethanol stations for it.

A friend of mine with a Vellocete Vogue, only a few made, basically a Vellocete LE that is covered with a fiberglass shell, including a petrol tank which is part of the body and not separate. This tank was starting to bubble because of the ethanol in fuel. So what we did was made a carrier for the back with a top box, in the top box fitted a steel tank.Looks the part.

My Enfield and my car 1990 model both do significantly less mpg using e10. so much so it is worth the 2-3 p per litre extra to buy 98 grade. (which performs marginally better than non ethanol 95ron.
