Yanmar L100

Bought a secondhand Yanmar L100 today all complete with starter switch and preheat on air intake. Got the lot for £75. I got this engine for a lawnmower project I am doing. The interesting thing it came from a plant hire firm that I deal with. It had been fitted to a tracked dumper. They replace these engines and fit Honda petrols as they have lots of problems with the general public not knowing how to start them, leaving them in excess fuel mode, putting dirty fuel in,which jams the injector, or just turning the starter without the decompresor and burning out the starter which is £180. Anyway if you are after an engine it might be worth trying your local plant hire firm.
