After Running a Renolds Rear Chain, from hitchcocks, i have been think about a DID chain, they also do a half link, for their chains. After looking at the german, Sommers /Diesel Enfield site, he has stated that he was running, a 530 rear chain,on some models, details never stated was it a 0 ring or not?. The Renolds is a good ghain, but it needs more adjustment, that i thought, most likely down to the output of the diesel engine.
Has any one fitted a 530 chain, from the likes of DID, with any problems ect. I intend to measure the clearance, in the next few days, to see at what might need to be maybe????? done to accept a better chain, with a higher spec.
Any thoughts, or ideas.

With the torque of the diesel, it's always beneficial to go with an o-ring chain. They are expensive, but they also last a very long time.
