Hi,

This one: http://www.google.dk/search?q=monotracer has a more quiet "no fall over" mechanism, but no gyro or electric ( or diesel  )

Will be interesting to see which one actually does anything in the market. The yahoo one.... you could buy three or four of them at the price their proposing for the same amount of money for the Monotracer base price

The mono-tracer has been around forever, and the sound of those outriggers coming down is far from quiet. As far as I know, the deployment is still manual as well. Should be interesting to see what happens.

It appears your not catching the point here..... the yahoo article is about a bike that has a Gyroscope. Apparently two of them. That is what makes it a no fall over. NO FEET; human or mechanical or otherwise needed.

Pretty sure the others mentioned in here do NOT have a gyroscope that keeps bike up right.

CoachGeo, I have been a subscriber to Lit Motor's (the creators of the C-1) newsletter for a long time (longer than I've been here, at any rate) so I hope your comment isn't directed at me. I was responding to henneberg, who stated that the Monotracer's no-tip system was quiet. It's manual as far as I know (yes, still) and quite loud and disruptive if the bike isn't completely vertical. It also does nothing once underway (whereas this system could prevent both high and lowsides). I don't expect a production C1 to be very loud (the gyros, that is), and certainly no louder than road noise at 60mph. I'm very interested in seeing where this technology heads. Hopefully this clarifies my post, CoachGeo.
