Hi folks
I've been lurking here for some time and enjoy the forum. I've been a long time fan of diesel bikes and would love one of my own.
The two problems I have are shortage of cash and lack of mechanical ability.
I've just sold my old Pan and am now looking for my first diesel bike. The two diesel Enfield's for sale on Ebay look promising.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Tom

Thanks for the welcome. You already have a serious stable of bikes so why not add a diesel.
I guess a lot of folks will be at the big knockers rally

OK. Its time for me to take the plunge.
A friend has just sold his petrol bike and is also considering a diesel.
We were wondering are cloth caps and Barbour jackets compulsory?

Welcome Silver Fox I guess the old maxim 'buy cheap, buy twice' applies to motorcycles as well as anything else. i.e. clone engines can be temperamental if you are gonna hammer them but maybe fine for low mileage use? Try before you buy and ask why the owners is selling. Good luck!
