Hello everyone!

Graham here,
I come from Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire.
I have recently bought an Enfield Taurus and already own a Lohmann diesel which is undergoing restoration.
I will keep an eye on the meetings and see if I can get to any.
I would be interested to talk diesel bikes or vintage bikes with other owners, I have produced biodiesel using the kit from greenfuels but have yet to try any in the bike, I am fairly familiar with bike wiring so may be able to offer advice in these areas if anyone needs it.

all the best, Graham.

Hi Graham and welcome to the forum :D We had a guy at the 2nd Brit rally who said he had a Lohmann. Unfortunately he didn't bring it along. I've seen a few similar petrol devices at Beaulieu but don't think they had a Lohmann on display. Might be wrong though

Lohmann

Post by Diesel Graham »

The Lohmann is a bit of a rarity, it has attended a vintage rally here although only in my top box! I suspect riding it anywhere would be a challenge, but one I look forward to... just for interest really. I have yet to find a suitable bicycle to attach it to (one with a sidecar would add to the amusement).

Graham.

Hello Graham,
Good luck with your adventure into diesel bikes. From my stand point, it can task the best of engineers!
