Wise words from XLerate....
"All you guys please listen up! Though mine was an industrial chemical 'Accident' > > > PLEASE: ALWAYS READ THE 'MSDS' OR HAZARD INFO WHEN USING CHEMICALS & SOLVENTS!! All it takes is one mistake & your whole life can be suddenly changed, or dramatically ended in a flash...
Thanks"
I will second what XLerate says above. It's easy to forget most of us are using a variety of pretty nasty chemicals in our garages and anyone of these solutions has the potential to cause any manner of harm. Fire, skin irritation, headaches, dizziness, you name it and I bet we've all experienced or come close to experiencing difficulties with chemicals.
Personally, I acquired an old fire cabinet that my company was scrapping and try and keep most of the flammables in there. I would urge all forum members to play it safe and think and plan for the worse case scenario
Be careful out there
