Back again,
I've just found the photos of the Pug engine going into the new subframe, on a link from the 2007 Hamm Rally report that has answered my question, do you have an engine to frame connection at the top of the engine ? and can you confirm it is solid mounted ?

Hello Nanko,
When you put the Pug engine into the frame did you mount it using the engine mount on the manifold side of the engine only, did you use a rubber mounting or fixed solid into frame, a photo and comments would be appreciated,

Hi Nanko, that is a fine machine. Could you please tell me how long the engine is, on its own, from timing belt cover to back plate also the overall length when mated to gearbox ? I have been lurking on these forum pages for a while, and have started to dream up the perfect off road inspired sidecar...
