Thankyou Nanko, a lot of info' on those piccies. Think I'll put kettle on, scratch my head and have a think about it. I'm using K1100 running gear and frame and the rear end looks very similar in original design to the Guzzi's, but at the front, the original engine is used as a stressed member of the frame. I'm thinking maybe a double cradle, starting at the steering head tube running alongside the sump and then connect up to the gearbox mounts, almost exactly like yours really :)
