Hi there, i just made a dieselbike. i put the motor on silent blok. Now I need to find an exhaust for cheap, I don't know what to use, actually I cannot weld so its not easy... The exhaust has to be short so it can follow the motor vibration OR there must be a moving part on the exhaust that can act...

ok repaired. was just a little metal split on the join.

it open easily and close easily, no problem.

I managed to fix it. without metal pin.

I had to work on the flywheel and the srew that maintain it (for harder maintain).

now seems to be ok, dont move anymore, starting good, running good.

I have some oil leak when the motor is running only, near the oil filter (i already take out the oil filter, clean, and put it again.

on the pictures, the oil seems to come from that triangle metal part, gold colored. But the screw are ok.

someone know something about this?

Hi there. the metal pin of the big flywheel on my 406c broke. impossible to kick or to ride now. I manage to take all things out. I think have to smooth the inner surface of the flywheel wich has been used by friction with metal parts. Also have to find a strong metal pin to fit there and maybe find...
