I have a paper copy of the above manual, which came from New Zealand (!), and which I've never found anywhere else. Non-turbo, which is a pain as mine is a turbo...

But pretty much useless except for part numbers and torque settings - mostly a set of exploded diagrams with a few of these things added on. If you're really stuck, message me.

if that is an unbound paper copy or one you can seperate the pages.... then yourself or a friend with an ink jet "office" style printer/fax youl find it likely has ability to "scan to PDF". You can then make it much more accessible via the net.
