my local County in TX has set the taxable value of my land as comparabile to any other near 2 acres in TX. Which would make since... but... like a guy who likes Unimogs..... my land is not usual.
Im about to approach the board to show that my land is not anywhere near their appraised value cause it is full of areas of land that drop 12-15 feet into area of creekwash, and 15foot deep gullies, etc.
90% of the land is unreachable/cut off to anything but foot, horse or.... UNIMOG:D (actuall a Mog would not even make it. Maybe a 411. Anything larger no.)
Can anyone steer me toward a way to get/create a 3d rendering of my property?
Anyone assist in getting a 3d rendering of topography

Look under USGS, see about getting a survay map maybe?
Good luck,
