Just re looked at your chart Avery near the begining of this post on the different engine configuration giving the two options for 180deg types, correct me im wrong but the one on the right is wrong should always be

Yup - you're absolutely right - I screwed up the picture . I was actually half asleep when I created the picture - notice that I posted the reply at 8:54am which was 4:54am here in Canada. It took me a half hour to make the picture; I guess I started it at about 4:00am. ZZZZzzzzzzzzz.

Any progress?
The reason I ask is that I was thinking of a smog pump to be used as a chain/belt driven supercharger. I had heard rumors of this from the days of yore. But, with the advent of YouTube and the internet in general I have found people who have used them.
I have a smaller clone diesel but looking at the tech manual the pump/injectors are the same for all versions up to 10HP. So, it might be possible. The cylinder pressure is a factor though at boost.

Any ways, I have been really thinking about this idea. I found an online calculator and my Yan-clone has a static compression ratio of 19.5 and a dynamic compression ratio of 16.5. And, with 3PSI of boost the dynamic compression ratio increased to about 19.4 IIRC.
I also calculated the fuel injection to be at 2860PSI and that 3PSI boost has a relatively minimal affect on cylinder PSI in reference to that.
Now for fuel, in regards to another thread that I have been reading, maybe modify the fuel plunger to allow more fuel flow?
